Thank you for shopping with Why Clothing Co! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

Processing Time:

 

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume launches or sales, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you updated.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Estimated delivery times:

     

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

 

Free Shipping:

 

  • We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as “delivered,” Why Clothing Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Why Clothing Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

How to Start a Return:

 

  1. Email us at drew@whyclothingcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note:

 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
